ikea wohnzimmertisch weiß
welcome to part two. if you missed part one, just follow this link. 222varminter helps me again. look at his channel! in part one, we made the framework and sanding. now we want to change the design. here you see the original frame. i didnâ´t liked the round design. so we had to cut them off. so we mark and cut the pieces.
instead we build a new topboard. sharp edges were removed with the plane. 3 sides will be cut with the router, for a nice finish. we also need about 12 meters of profile moulding. make them with router and circular saw. we attached the topboard using joining biscuits. 222varminter marks all pieces for the plate joiner. we glued the wood together.
now we cut some blocks for the last pieces of the framework to close the gap. the blocks will be drilled and fixed in place with screws and glue. the decorative moulding will also be glued on. i also bought so-called "decorative snails" (at least in german xd). attention!! not all snails may work as intended!! in my opinion, it was still looking too plain. so i bought some mouldings in the hardware store and created some more elaborated decorations from them. at last, we painted the bed.
we used the same colour as in the magazine file folder video. look at this video, to see how it works. thanks for watching. it you like it, give us some feedback or subscribe to our channels. see you soon! bye!
